ハロゲン化アルキルと一酸化炭素、シリルボロン酸エステルの反応によるアシルシラン合成に関する論文のようです。アシルシランを謳ったアロイルシラン合成ではなく、本当のアシルシラン合成です。

反応には銅触媒と塩基を使用します。銅触媒はIPrCuCl、1価の銅錯体です。IPrはN,-ヘテロ環カルベン。塩基としてナトリウムフェノキシドを使用しています。ハロゲン化アルキルは直鎖のものでも枝別れのものでも良く、ハロゲンの部分はヨウ素が最適、臭素だと厳しくて塩素ではお話にならないといったところ。反応に対する官能基の耐性についてもSupporting Informationを見る限り、いくつか検討がなされているようです。使用するアルキルハライド分子中に炭素–炭素二重結合がある場合に何か起こりそうだというのが、Supporting Informationの最後のあたりから想像できますが、問題のないケースも(理由は書きません)。


気になるのは反応機構。銅触媒の反応なのでラジカル機構かなと想像はしていますし、要旨テキストにもそれらしいことが書かれているから多分そうなのでしょうが、結合切断/形成がどの順で起きるのかを著者らがどう考えているのかを知りたいですね。そんなわけで読みたい論文に追加です。
