チキンレッグ。スーパーで売られているものをうまく食べる方法がないものかとあれこれ調べると、予熱したオーブンで150℃、15分加熱するといいらしいとの情報が。試した。確かに美味かった。次は皮をパリパリにする方法。あるいは自分で作る方法。
